Introduction

Club Compass was established September 2011 in Western College, Yaba as a student club society to promote the value of learning and reading culture among young school students.

The founders of the club believe that there is a need to foster quality academic performance and aid the transformation of school children to productive and responsible participation in the larger society when the time arrives.

Club Compass intends to unlock the immense potentials available in teenagers and high school students through creative thinking, design and production, with a gradual but steady increase in the mastery of basic skills of reading, writing and positive adaptation of the internet in their everyday life.  

These efforts and many more will raise our students’ academic expectations, self-esteem and innovative spirit giving them their rightful positions in the society when they become adults.
